EZ-School Modules

The EZ-School Education Management System includes a variety of activities that have been broken into various modules to serve education institutions help modernize the way academic organizations work, so your school, college or your university can run more smoothly and focus on providing better teaching to students. Academic Setup

College management is an essential module where you define the existing setup of your college along with the applicable rules and policies. It actually replicates the process as how your institute was formed and how you proceeded further from then on by defining the existing Departments, Affiliations, Courses, Programs, Sessions, Subjects etc. and how each of these entities get linked with others. The module also gives you the flexibility to change the setup at any point of time “without losing” the previous setup information. This actually helps in retrieving the information exactly as how it was stored previously.

Student Management

Student Management module includes storing student’s personal details, previous academic details, emergency contacts, medical information, class, section etc.  It also provides tools to maintain student’s quota in various courses as per the Caste and Category rules prescribed by the government. A secure environment is also provided to enable staff, to access, share, and update student data in a quick and easy way. This module also includes printing of ID cards, managing disciplinary actions for the students and generating transfer certificates for students at the time of leaving the institution.

The Student Document Repository, allows you to scan and upload important documents of students such as their previous mark-sheets, address proofs etc.

Staff Registration

The function of Human Resources departments is generally administrative and common to all organizations. Efficient and effective management of "Human Capital" has progressed to an increasingly imperative and complex process. The HR function consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes personal histories, skills, allocation of departments etc. In this module, these administrative activities have been automated to reduce the manual workload of organizations.

The HR Document Repository, allows you to scan and upload important documents of employees such as their previous academic records, address proofs etc.

Examination Management

For any teacher, Evaluation or the Grading process is a night mare. It’s the most complex, time consuming and stress full exercise that gets repeated every 3-4 times in each Session year. Our Survey shows that every teacher spends around 6-8 weeks, each year, in the Grading process.

With EZ-School, the entire evaluation becomes fun. It simulates all the manual processes followed in any academic institute so that it could be easily adoptable for everyone.  It starts with creating an Examination template like a blank Marks-sheet or Grading-sheet. If you have different students groups based upon the opted subjects in each section, even then you can manage all the things with great ease and accuracy. Further, the Examination Module gives you the options to specify various evaluation (grading) rules and policies followed in your institute, publish Examination Schemes, Marks Entry and the fully automatic result generation process and many reports at different levels for analyzing the results over the years.

The Question Bank Repository, allows you to scan and upload important question papers for all exams so that students can access them when they want for better preparation.

Promotion Management

"Do we have to re-enter details of Students in next session year?" This is one of the most common questions those are asked by the user. The answer is ? "NO". 

The Promotion Management module provides you the options to promote students from one class to another. It also gives you the flexibility to assign roll numbers automatically or manually to students after promotion. You can also generate promotion reports from this module.

Attendance Management

After Evaluation or Grading process, Attendance is the Second most stress full and time consuming task for any teacher, especially filling the data in attendance register with thousands of manual counting and calculations at the month end.

The attendance management module starts with setting up attendance related Rules and Polices for students like once a day, twice a day or subject-wise. It keeps track of the daily students’ Attendance including Time-In and Time-Out data. The reports generated through Attendance Management System, allow Faculty to enforce regularity and punctuality among students. It also generates the exact copy of the manual Attendance Register which is an essential requirement for all academic institutes thus saving 3-4 weeks of manual effort per session for every teacher.

The attendance web module allows parents to check their ward’s attendance online. For Management, it provides options to view various attendance reports online and inform parents via sending SMS, regarding the absence of their wards.

Holiday Management

Holiday Management helps you to define Holidays at different Department levels. The holidays defined at institute level can directly be published on your Website to help parents and students keep informed about Holidays in advance.

Fees Management

To balance increasing demands for improved student and faculty services, efficient operation, and greater accountability within tight budget constraints, collecting Fees from students in a timely manner becomes the most crucial task for the administration.

In EZ-School, Fee Management module provides easy options to set up and to collect fees from students. It gives you the freedom to define different fee types and discount types of your own choice. It also helps you in managing different fee amounts to be charged from students depending upon their quota such as employee, staff or Management etc. For Refundable type of Fees, it provides you the adjustment facilities to refund full or partial amounts.

The Fee Management module also handles all types of scenarios including late as well as advanced payments. You can generate fee receipts with all the details of previous balances or advance payments.  Whether it’s section wise collection or total collection or defaulter’s list, you get multiple options to view different fee related reports.

The Fee web module allows parents to check their ward’s Fee details online. For Management, it provides options to view various Fee collection and defaulters’ reports online and inform parents via sending SMS, to submit balance payments immediately.

Student Admission Management

The Student Admission Management module covers the entire process of issuing admission forms till the collection of enrollment fees. It helps in setting up the Enrollment fees for various courses and programs offered by the academic institute and collecting it. The student registration/enrollment process helps you in generating various reports about the students’ interests for the applied courses.  

Timetable Management

Time-Table Management module helps in creating and updating time-table for different classes. It also handles one of the biggest challenges for finding the best possible substitute teacher for a free period.

The web Time-Table module allows parents and students to view the time-table for any given day. For faculty, it provides a personalized view of their daily schedule. It also provides an option for Management to send SMS to Faculty for their new assigned substitute periods.

Leave Management

Leave Management is a workflow based system which enables students to submit leave applications electronically. This digital leave management system allows the creation, monitoring, and routing of the leave applications from students to their respective class-teacher, Head of Department (HOD) or Principal. This system automates the process of leave application through digital approval, routing and email notification. This eliminates any mishandling, traditionally found in paper submission, during the process of leave application, recommendation, approval and update of leave balances.

Vehicle Management

Vehicle Management module provides complete management of the operating vehicles like buses, vans etc. You can setup route of a particular vehicle by defining the locations and pickup time. You can also add students and staff in the passenger’s list and can generate different kind of helpful reports.

Staff Attendance

The attendance management starts with setting up attendance related Rules and Polices for various staff types. It keeps track of the employees Attendance and including Time-In and Time-Out records. The reports generated through Attendance Management System, allow HR to enforce regularity and punctuality within the organization. It also helps in the automation of Payroll process.

Staff Holidays

Staff Holiday Management helps you to define and publish Holidays for staff (HR) at different Department levels.

  • Submission of Requests to concerned Individuals
  • Recording and tracking Requests for various incidents or complaints.
